Summer to Do List

I have BIG plans for the summer! I usually do, but the sad thing is I never get all of my plans accomplished. I hope to do better this year! Here are things on my To Do list:

  1. Go to DISNEY WORLD for my 5th anniversary! *squeals!* We’re eating inside Cinderella’s castle for our anniversary! Can’t wait!”
  2. Do more art. I LOVE to paint, draw, etc. but don’t often make time for it.
  3. Plan out my thematic units for next year (science and social studies).
  4. Create more items for my TPT store! (Have TONS of ideas in my mind!)
  5. Create a new lesson plan template.
  6. Organize my classroom library.
  7. Move my word wall to a different wall.
  8. Read The Daily 5 and The CAFE book again to get ready to begin implementing it next year!
  9. Get things ready for next year’s group: make name tags, labels, copy decodable readers, copy items for open house/orientation, etc.
  10. Use my treadmill DAILY!
  11. Plan out my read alouds better.
  12. Organize and clean out my classroom.
  13. Clean out my closet at home.
  14. Successfully complete my summer Master’s course that starts next week!
  15. Work on my classroom website.

I could probably go on, but I think that’s a good start!
Head over to the Littlest Learners blog to join the linky party and share your summer to do list!

  1. I am so loving your Summer List! I love all things Disney and we try to get there at least 3-4 times a year. The only thing that is getting me through my daughter leaving to college is that she is going to UCF, more Disney for us, lol. Thank you for having such a creative blog and for sharing all you do with us. I am in blog love!
