Updated: End of Year Student Gift – Beach Ball topper (freebie!)

Way back in 2012, I created a cute, free, printable topper that I attached to a beach ball to give to my students as an end of the year gift from me. Beach balls are relatively easy to find at the end of the school year (and they are quite affordable!). What I eventually started doing was buying beach balls at the end of the summer season when things were on clearance and save them for the next year’s students. Dollar Tree has beach balls for $1.00 (obviously), but I also found them as cheap as 88 cents (regular price- can’t remember the store right now!). I also have bought some from Michaels in the past (love those coupons that come around where you can use them on sale/clearance  items!).

2012 was also in the early days of my Teachers Pay Teachers store. I uploaded my free beach ball topper there and haven’t thought much about it since. Until now! I just updated the freebie so that it is now EDITABLE! (Editable meaning the TEXT ONLY is editable!) The freebie has been converted from a Word file to a PowerPoint file. The font has been changed from the picture above to look like the picture below.

All text can be edited to whatever you’d like it to say. The fonts and text colors can all be changed as well to fit your needs/style. Depending on the size of your beach ball packaging, you may need to print at a reduced size (which can be done from the print menu in PowerPoint).
