Classroom Forms and Substitute Information with a Dr. Seuss theme!

So a customer asked me if I could make a Dr. Seuss newsletter and some Dr. Seuss themed classroom forms. I posted the newsletter yesterday and tackled the forms today. At first I was just thinking of making a class roster, grade book pages, and some calendars. Then, I decided to go all out and make pages for a Substitute folder or Sub Tub! I ended up with 26 files to include!

Almost all of the files are editable so you can add YOUR OWN personal information! In addition, you can change the fonts to whatever fonts/sizes/colors you want! Most files are Microsoft Word files (a couple are PDFs). Simply click inside the text box and erase or edit what is already there.

The following forms/pages are included:
1. Attendance slips
2. Behavior management page
3. Birthday calendar
4. Class roster
5. Class schedule
6. Classroom Procedures
7. Classroom Rules
8. Contact Page
9. Emergency Information
10. Extra Duties page
11. Grade Book cover
12. Grade book pages
13. Index
14. Lesson Plan divider/cover
15. Note from the sub
16. Rules page
17. School information
18. Specials schedule
19. Student information
20. Sub Tub/Folder Cover
21. Sub Information Label
22. Transportation list
23. Welcome note
24. Where to find things
25. Monthly calendars

Available for purchase now at Teachers Pay Teachers!
